1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement is attached to this bonus.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus (total balance ৳2,200), you must wager the total bonus amount (৳1,200) 25 times — meaning a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be completed — before the funds become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus cashback or rewards cannot be transferred to any other account.
• If the deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, any active bonus will be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

tk588's VIP program has four tiers that players progress through based on their activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Cashback is added to the account on a regular weekly basis. Changes to VIP tier depend on the player's overall activity and participation.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All bets and gaming activities will be governed by the rules of this platform. The following general guidelines apply to all types of games:

• Each game has its own rules and regulations — you should read the game information before starting.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, we reserve the right to void that round.
• In sports betting, the decision of the official body determining the result of the match shall be considered final.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Providing false or misleading information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Where necessary to comply with instructions from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions will be settled before closure, and any balance free of wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
